Hello MFP world - lovin the site. I hope to lose 19 lbs - need to set a deadline - had thought 1lb a week - but I know it gets harder the more twoards target you get - any advices would be appreciated.

Dear Rorjoe,
hold my fingers crossed. I have started recently while visiting my son in new Zealand. he lost 20 kiol! Generally I guess the best burner or the fastest burner is to miss carbonhydrates for a while or eat very little. More protein and vegetables. However, the feeling to just want to nibble something is always hard to control.
