Hi. I'm Mhairi. I am new to MyFitnessPal, but not new to dieting.
I am hoping that this seemingly easy way to count calories will help.
Plus I have an iPhone, so hoping that updating the diary on the move will make sure I remember every little thing that goes in my mouth. Haha
I have read the success stories, so hopefully in a few months I will start seeing and feeling the benefits.
Goodluck to those starting out, and those who have still to reach their tartget, and well done to those who have beaten the bulge.

    Welcome!!! this is an awesome program! i have lost 18 lbs since beginning :) my words of wisdom- STAY STRONG, BE DETERMINED, DON'T GIVE UP!!! best to you :happy:

  • hi, i joined here before christmas but only just started im into my second week , i lost 4lb in my first week great motivation for me to keep going, you can do it good luck on your weight loss journey
