New to MFP, using iPhone app

Hi my name is Kelle and I found MFP through looking for a good FREE app to help keep a food diary. Part of this is for weight control but I also have Crohn's disease and a food log is helpful in determining whether different foods can affect me. I have to be careful with fibre intake because it can cause problems if I have too much at once, but I have to have SOME to maintain a healthy diet and gain the "full" feeling without depending on carbs and protein too much. So anyone else trying to maintain/lose weight with digestive issues, I know where you're coming from, so any shared experiences are always helpful.
