I have hit a wall. I hit my calories everyday and I'm burning on average 300-450 calories a day. I am doing the body for life workout regime. I do cardio 6 days a week in the morning and I weight train 3 days a week in the evening. I'm 5'8" tall and I started at a weight of about 200. For the past month or so I have been stuck at 176 and I can't seem to shake it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated! Good luck to everyone and keep up the hard work.

You might consider taking a week or two off from working out completely. It's called strategic deconditioning. This can help, especially since you work out alot. Your body needs a break. When you do start working out again, you need to come back at a lower intensity. Maybe cut back some on the cardio.0
