Hello! I'm new!

Hi, I'm new to MFP!

I had my 2nd child 6 months ago and 3 months ago we moved to a new part of the country, the stress got the better of me. So I haven't lost the baby weight as well as I'd like. I have 12-15 pounds I'd like to lose, that would get me to my pre-1st-baby weight.

I love wine, bread and cheese!....oh and chocolate! :wink: Ah my weaknesses!! Hopefully logging my meals will help.

    Welcome welcome welcome!! I love this site to death, truthfully for me, nothing else works. Which is why I'm back on. You will love all the features of this site and you will find that the community really does keep you motivated.

    Calorie counting is the key to success! This site does a great job of helping with that. Plus I use their free Android phone app (also available for iphone), which easily helps me to quickly log my intake when I'm out and about.

    In some weird way, this site helps make fat loss fun!

    I agree, after trying far too many gimmicks I find calorie counting is free and works the best!!
