Hi all,
Joined MFP nearly two weeks ago and I must say it seems to be about the best fitness site I've come across
I quit alcohol three weeks ago, started healthy eating two weeks ago, introduced daily exercise this week. I've lost 4lb but more importantly I feel so much better, I have more energy and my sleep had improved dramatically since exercising.
It would be great to loose another 14lb before my holiday in July (first holiday outside the UK in 10 years) but being fit enough to enjoy it is the important thing!

14 lbs by July is 0.6lbs a week and your average so far (for say 3 weeks) is 1.3lbs a week so you are off to an amazing start
