I have been working out since October the 12th 2010 I have lost 50 lbs. have so much more to go and have kind of stopped and my nurse say's I don't eat enough for all my exercise so I hope this site will give me the help I need to try to eat as much as I need to. I would like to see a weight loss next week...:bigsmile:
