I work at a liquor store and we get our liquor order delivered once a week. On a slow week we get around 60 cases of liquor that need to be put on the shelves. This usually takes me about 2 hours to do (getting the cases off of the cart, getting it to the shelves and stocking the shelves) and is a good work out. How do I record it? For example Captain Morgan 1/2 gallon cases (there are 6 bottles a case) are considerable heavier than the Black Velvet 1/2 gallons. I am constantly moving and lifting cases on delivery day, but I have no idea how to record it. Any ideas?

When you are setting your goals you would have been asked what sort of lifesytem that you have - did you include the delivery when you decided how active your lifestyle is ?
If not you could add this as both cardio strength weight training and just record the time and under the weight section make an estimate of the average weight of a case and the reps of lifting.0
