    Im seeing progress in the tape and the scale but i guess since i see myself every day i cant tell if im making really making the progress or not.

    Thanks. Yeah i know im not really old but nearing 40 and some days i sure feel much older. I intend to be in the best shape of my life by then. 17 months and counting.
