My 52lbs journey begins

...and so the journey begins (or rather, it began on Monday)

As a blogger and twitter user I have just informed my readers that I have embarked on my journey to lose 52lbs - I aim to do this by 31st December with 28lbs being lost by July.

  • First let me congratulate you on your decision to lose the extra pounds. It was a wise move. In your blog you stated that you don't know how you gained the extra weight with your fitness level, eating habits, etc.. May I suggest getting your hormone levels checked? Especially your thyroid. Sometimes just a point or two is enough to unbalance your system and make it harder to lose the extra weight. Good luck with your journey!
