    I sometimes snack on dry Puffins (I'm especially fond of the peanut butter puffins, but so are my kids, so the box empties quickly.)

    Kashi Cinnamon Harvest
    Bobs Red Mill 10 grain hot cereal
    Plain oatmeal
    and when I crave something sweet I'll have:
    Barbaras Bakery Puffins Peanut Butter

    wow...no one said my favorite :noway: KIX people! "kid tested:mother approved" They have only 3g sugar and it's for 1 1/4 cups for a serving!! I LOVE THEM!! Have them every morning or I get cranky :grumble: LOL

    If you like Golden Grahams I would recommend trying the Kashi Honey Sunshine.
    It tastes very similar to Golden Grahams.

    Fibre One Honey CLusters are my fav and keep me full longest. They have 13g fiber per cup. Also weight control oatmeal. It has 6g fiber per packet. yum.
