I'm new on this site and I really love what I'm seeing so far.

Trying to document my approach to weight loss this time (since it worked really well last time and unfortunately I fell off the wagon), because I feel like if I write it down, I'll be more apt to stick with the lifestyle changes.

I quit smoking and haven't even really had cravings. I'm a great cook so I'm focusing on making most of my meals. For convenience I go to meal replacement shakes and bars, and ready made soups.

When I pack my lunch I just feel so much better about my day. If only I could get a workout done in the morning, I'd REALLY feel amazing. I mostly work out after work.

Goal is 40lbs lost by April 29. Let's see how it goes :)
