I'm Kristy 32, I have 2 wonderful children 7 & 5 months. I've had a hard time getting back into gear after having my last baby. I haven't exercised in a long time. I really need some motivation and support. I eat junk food way to much and drink way to much soda. I know these are areas I need to change. I also need to amp up the exercise. I started at 1200-1300 calorie diet and have kind of stuck to it, it's only day 3. Well I hope to meet new people and help you all along your journeys too! Please add me as a friend if you would like!
