Hey everyone!

I am new to the site and I am 10 days deep now but, this site has given me the motivation and the drive to continue. I do not want to fail. So I am approaching it as a game to see how long I can last without letting myself down! I have already lost seven pounds and my appetite have decreased drastically. I don't even use all my calories half the time now! I feel better and I am slowly starting to notice subtle improvements in my breathing and movement. All in all this is a great site for calorie counters like me now and I hope to share the long term benefits with everyone! The only advise I personally would give people is don't get frustrated if you go over with your calories try to do better the next day. Also chew more/eat slower than you normal would. I have found this to work wonders for feeling full faster. That's all for now hope this helps to inspire at least one person to drive harder towards their goals and stay on the right path to healthy living. -Jay
