Would it be racist to say "Probably cats"?0 -
3 eggs at around 80 cals each, splash of milk, count it as full fat to be safe at around 50 cals, and around a tablespoon of oil say 100 calories...ive got that coming in around 390 calories without any other ingredients. Yes i'd say its high estimates but better to estimate high than low and if its anything like the chinese omelettes i've had it wont be far off that. They were creamy and greasy...very nice but calorie laden. You could always call them up and ask exactly how they make them
Oooops, cocked up the milk, corrected to take 100 cals off0 -

Actually I think thats wise...my chinese omelettes were always very yellowy, now it could be from colouring i guess but it could equally have been from extra yolks added, which would account for the creaminess of the things.0
