I am new to myfitnesspal. I have a couple coworkers who are using it and they got me to look into it. I worked out and dieted all last year until the very end. Sad to say, I started gaining again. I want to lose about 20-25 pounds and mostly just "tone up". Add definition to my body. I am looking forward to tracking my progress and making new friends!
