High Carb low Calorie Foods? Do they exist?

Anyone know of any highly dense carb foods with low calories? I seem to always be low on my carbs but close to my limit on calories. And I THOUGHT I was a carb-o-holic!! Thanks for the advice!

Fiber one multi grain bread has 110 cals per slice but when you eat it with water it hits the spot also spray a little I cant believe its not butter on there.0

MFP's limits for carbs is quite high you don't have to eat the amount they suggest. They are set at 60% carbs, 15% protein and 25% fat. You can change the ratio to 55% carbs and up protein to 20%, instead of trying to get more carbs.0

That's good to know. I exercise alot and I know you need "good" carbs for energy..... but you are probably right if they're % are on the high side. Thanks!0
