I've not yet done mine, but after work either a run maybe 3 miles pushing the young prince in his jogger LOL...or tae bo...haven't decided yet!!:ohwell:

70 mins Body for life upper body work out.
only 826 cals today. guess i wasnt pushing myself as hard as usual? Sure felt like i was though ugh. I need a work out partner.0 -

Haven't done it yet, waiting for the bf to get homeso we can go together, but it always comes out to 40 minutes of lifting (all Pulling today) and then another 40 minutes of cardio. I'll probably do the elliptical today because I've run a TON this week, and I'm still sore from leg day Wed. :sick: Why did I do over 4 miles yesterday when I was still sore?!0

30 push-ups (push ups are my weakness, its taken me forever to be able to do 30 good correct pushups!)0 -

he's 7 and loves his jogger still he's just 50lbs and still fits so its a win win ...plus as some of you may know I call him my Mickey....and I'm his Rocky LOL....com'on!! you can doooo it!...lets goooo! is what I hear when I slow down on the hills LOL...he's great!

Not sure yet. Still recovering from my 7 miles yesterday!! Although they just did an office run to McD's for lunch... so I will have to go do something!!! I was good though, got a grilled chicken snack wrap, fruit and walnut salad and parfait. The fries were calling me... but I resisted! Just in case I am not overly motivated when I go to the gym. I am thinking of doing the hills workout on the stationary today.0

Today I am running 3 miles (I'm training for a 5k) then I will do the eliptical for 20 min then I need to do some weights today. I think I will focus on upper body for 30 min.0 -

Wow thats great.. Your way better than me I think I'm rolling over at 5am lol. I workout in the evening I wish I could get up early enough even just 45 minutes so I could do some yoga and then still do my hardcore cardio in the evening but its never been easy for me to get up. I am lucky that I get up for work on time lol0 -
As for my workout it hasn't started yet- it won't begin until I am off from work and i can't wait I actually look forward to working out even though it is in the comfort of my own home It is my time to take care of me even though my girls are always pestering me0

Today, my workout was walking 6 acres of fenceline with a 60lb weedeater in 80 degree heat and 90% humidity! I think I almost had a heat stroke or something.... suddenly got really light-headed and queasy feeling and had to sit down in the dirt! :sick: I'm fine now, though, and think I burned about 700 cals. I'll do the other 2 acres in the morning!0
