Setting a goal!

Hope you are all doing well with your MFP plans :)

I just thought I would put a post up hopefully to motivate myself more and others!

I decided tonight *Im in the midst of studying for law exams* ... that I would like a glass of wine, but didnt have enough calories for 2....and have a blue wkd in the fridge and had quite fancied that too...so I decided what was wrong with some calorie burning!!

I went onto the exercise bike and decided I wouldn't stop until I had burned the extra 390 cals I would need *after meals* ... and I managed it :D SO now I can have 2 glasses of wine and a wkd tonight...I think I need it, has been a hard week!

So GOAL SETTING = GREAT!!!!!
