im Karolina from London, i joined myfitnesspall after i got upgraded to iphone 4 and wasnt able to use my old nokia app wellness diary. i can see it is kinda similar or better, so hopefully will help me to keep all my weight after i lost 20kg .... i try to be careful about what i eat and i also exercise at least 4x a week. and it all makes me feel really good. so i hope it stays this way :)))
