I am so amazed with the success stories on MFP. So far I ran across someone that has lost a 133lbs (WOW!!). I though it would be useful to share our individual receipes to success. Since joining MFP, what are you doing to stay fit? For me, I have lost 4lbs since joining 1/4/11 by keeping up with my calories (1200 average) and completing a 60 min dance cardio workout a couple of times a week. Im starting off slow but would like to change it up in the future with suggestion from you guys. So tell me, what works for you?
