Hello! New to the site, love the Android App a lot, very easy to use when I'm out and about.
I'm a college student, been struggling for over a year to lose the "freshman 15" I put on from stress-eating and not sleeping at my college. I want to nip it in the bud now before it becomes more of a problem (I'm short too, so that doesnt help). Most of my family gained a lot of weight after college, so I want to build good habits now and stick with a healthy lifestyle forever.
