Hello!

I've just joined this week and I LOVE this! Its such a good way to clearly track what you eat (and drink) and how exercise merits! I'm 5'4" and weight 154lbs. I want to lose 10lbs to start with. I'm curvey and want to stay so but just in a bit trimmer way!

I have it on my iPhone so I can track on the go and check up on calories of treats I fancy. Really missing cheese and bread - preferably brie and french bread!!! But when I get down by 5lbs I'm treating myself to a little.

I did my first road run today and it was great. I'm not that fit but actually being able to say I ran from a to b helps gauge my progress.

Love the support. Keep the stories coming ladies - success stories are inspiring.
