I am need of some of you fine ppls meal ideas
breakfast ,snack etc I am so bad
to just grab anything when I feel hungry
I would love to know what are your meal ideas and what
helps you Thanks in advance
I am new as of today so feel

  • I do a few things -

    I have 100cal chewy Granola Bars stashed in my laptop bag, office drawer, and car.
    I bought a 2lb Protein Mix that I drink 2x a day if possible (http://tinyurl.com/25cu8ug) - I keep some at work (ziplock bags) and some at home.
    I snack on thin sliced turkey or roast beef at home (just 2-3oz make a difference).
    I make my own fruit salad and bring some to work and keep some at home.
    I dig yogurt parfaits (Granola, Yogurt, and fruit) and make them at home or buy them on the way to work.
    SUGAR FREE (not fat free) pudding snack packs (60 cal ea).

    Remember if you start getting hungry, protein makes you feel more full and fights off the "man I am hungry" feeling. So I try to always eat a little protein with my snack if possible.Or I have a protein shake.

    But my "nothing healthy to grab and no where to get it" snack when I am in trouble are those granola bars I have stashed everywhere as a backup.
