i am looking ways to cut out some of my meats and change them with chicken and other meat, But i really hate fish.
Is there anyone else out there who hates fish but found something else to replace it...

I love fish. But I dont see why you have to cut out red meat? I still eat that too! Make sure you get lean cuts and dont eat the fat. Most of the time lean beef and pork have the same cals as chicken without skin. Lamb can be a bit tricky to get lean, but the same applies.

Don't change who you are, just trim it back!

    Good luck

I'm not big on fish, but still eat it occasionally. It is supposed to have that healty fat in it to help lose fat. lean beef is great, wild game is supposed to be real healthy, turkey, chicken, even lean cuts of pork are ok.

Wild game is a huge thing in my household.. we hunt so we eat it.. its so lean and good for you..its a good choice.. idont even buy beef..

I hate fish and dont eat it,so I use chicken, ground or breast and turkey ground or breast. But I also take flax seed with omega 3's in it.:flowerforyou:

I'm not too fond of fish, either, but if I fix it Cajun-style or put some other strong flavoring on it, it makes it OK for me. Cajun or oriental seasonings on shrimp, stir-fried with veggies, is good too. Do you count tuna as fish? I ask because some people who don't like fish do like tuna. Tuna I can handle if I mix it with a bunch of other stuff like cottage cheese, a chopped hardboiled egg, mustard & celery salt & wrap the whole mess in a lettuce leaf. That's convenient to have on hand for lunches at work.

My doctor has me on a high-protein diet so I do eat a lot of red meat, but I try to mix it up by eating plenty of hard-boiled eggs, omelets, cheeses, nuts, chicken & other sources of protein as well. And there are always protein drinks.
