Healthy Choices Restaurants

Here's the problem...
I LOVE cheeseburgers. Who doesn't, right?

Anyway, I do not want to be tempted to eat a cheeseburger everytime my family goes out to dinner, but, by the same token, I don't want to end up eating subway sandwiches everytime we go out either. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some restaurants that have tasty, healthy meals as options on their menu.

Thanks!

Applebees, I had the Teryaki shrimp and pasta 460 calories of AMAZING FOOD!!! I also like chilis because the fajitas are healthy, you can even choose not to use the tortillas.... or you can always do what i do, check online before hand so that you can look over the menu and know what you want to order and what healthy options you have. There are alot more options out there than i ever thought.
  • This site
    http://www.eddieoneverything.com/nutrition_info/calculators
Has a few Nutrition Calculators for quite a few restraints.
Take a look at what's near you, or google "Restraint Name + Calorie Calculator"
  • healthydiningfinder.com Once you get there it prompts you to enter your location with city, state, or zipcode and brings up the restaurants in your area with healthy choice menus. Hope this helps
  • Well I think we should go to Red Lobster! I will print out the list of food we could choose from. That would help us pick the right foods even better. What do you think? I used the healthydiningfinder.com. If you dont wanna do this we can continue searching for somewhere else. lol
  • Only thing with Red Lobster is that I'm not a huge seafood fan. I like fish and shrimp, but it pretty much ends there. And the ways I like the aforementioned things the most are FRIED. That's no good. I don't know. If they have grilled Mahi Mahi, I could do that. We'll try it...
  • I have an app on my phone that lists the calories in most dishes at the most common restaurants/fast food places and I always check that before ordering so I know what to order. Some foods can be really misleading when it comes to calories so it's best to know going in! So far, I've only been to Chili's and Applebee's but I've had no problem staying under 500 calories for each full meal.
