Does anyone know a good recipe for cheeseless lasagna?

  • Good idea, seconded.
  • Isn't that basically spaghetti? LOL. I know that some recipes substitute low fat cottage cheese for the ricotta. Are you looking to leave out ALL the cheese? I almost always use spinach in mine and I could definitely see leaving out some cheese and adding maybe sliced veggies like squash or eggplant in between the layers.

Hungry girl has a lasagna cupcake recipe that is about 160 calories a serving, I altered it to more my liking and it's 110 calories per serving. Are you worried about the calories or just don't like the cheese? Check out hungry girl, they have awesome recipes to lighten up common meals.

I would love to know, too. I can't have cheese or any lactose products. And I LOVE lasagna.
