Hey guys, i'm trying to measure out how many cals of muesli i had
all i did was add a tablespoon of it for crunch in my oatmeal. But mfp will only let me measure it in 1 cup amounts. SO when mfp asks me how much of a cup i had what would i put in?
I just want to get it accurate

There are 16 tablespoons in a cup, so if you used 1 tablespoon you used 1/16 of a cup. Divide that out, and it is .06 of a cup.
Hope that helps :-)0 -
There are 16 Tablespoons in a cup. So it would be 0.062 of a CUP. Hope this helps0

Amy is correct. If you need a just a fraction of a serving size, divide it out and add that number in as a decimal.0
