I'm not given to acting as a promo for products and services, but I'm going to do just that here. I think this is a truly amazing site, and I believe it will help me gain control over my weight and become fit. It's probably the first healthy thing I've ever done involving my computer (wait, that doesn't sound quite right ...).
I think the integration of exercise and diet in such an easy format is incredible - like having a fitness guru of one's own. A guy showed me this on his cell in a restaurant the other day and my partner and I saw the potential immediately.
I'm feeling sharper, more energetic after just three days. I've been almost a thousand calories under my limit each day (after adding exercise) and it has not been difficult at all. The notation process has really highlighted how often I was popping things in my mouth unnecessarily and putting myself thousands of calories a day over my daily requirement. Of course, I knew, and could see the weight gain (at a worse rate since retiring) but did not really fathom how much extra I was consuming.
I have also been using the recumbent bike for four days in a row, which is unheard of for me - but seeing what it means for my nutritional balance is a huge incentive. Haven't lost any weight yet and did not measure the first day, but no matter - it will come, I know. I will be posting my progress here somewhere.
GLTA!!!

You really do want to take in enough to cover the deficit, b/c if you burn too much, your body will start storing everything as fat. You need to feed your muscles when you work out!! Keep up the good work and Welcome!!0
