Hello, my name is Tara and I am 26 years old. I just stated my fitness pal on Monday! I absolutely love it! It helps me balance my meals. I never realized how quickly my calories add up. I would love to lose around 15-20 lbs. I am 5'8 160 lbs. I've always weight 130-135 but after having a child 4 years ago I have struggled with losing those last 25 lbs. My goal would be to weigh 145lbs by March 30. Which is my daughters 5th birthday.
