Chalean Extreme advice

So I am on my second round of Chalean Extreme and I have never had this happen before.....BUT I MISSED WORKOUTS. Basically the whole week! Ugh, I had the flu and wasn't in any shape to be working out. So do I just restart the week next week? So have it be week 3 when technically it is week 4? Or just act like it is week 4 so do burn circuit for one more week then go to push? Or do all the circuits tonight and be able to start with week 4 on sunday? LOL

Help! Any advice is appreciated. :)

    I think that is completely up to you. I think that the better results come in the later phases then the first so I wouldn't restart.

    I've had this happen plenty of times during my rounds of programs and as much as it sucks, I always restart that week that I missed. But, that's just me. If I don't, I feel like I haven't done the whole program. lol

    It's up to you though. Congrats on your 2nd round! Did you get great results the first round?
