:flowerforyou: Hi...I just found the MFP website and I think it's wonderful. I've been looking for a way to track my calories and this is perfect. Our lifestyle change started back in September when my husband finally got motivated to lose weight because of the amount of meds he was taking. So our journey began with a trip to a diet clinic. We've both done very well on this particular plan but now that we are close to our goals we're trying to incorporate some of the foods we enjoy back in our diets. We're counting calories now instead of counting proteins, fruits, veggies, starches and fats. I think MFP will help us be more diligent in counting calories instead of guessing. I'm determined to lose another 10-15 pounds and he's only got about 5 #'s to go. There is a lot to be said about being accountable. Keeping a daily diary and posting on the website will be my accountability!! :blushing:
