Oh this is the easiest dish to make
Cut up some chicken breast and boil in Light Italian Dressing until it is white all the way through.
Serve on Steam White Rice with a light salad.

It doesn't take very long to make, and it great tasting. My children even like it

    Mmm! Sounds good! I also like marinating whole chicken in Italian dressing and grilling them for salad toppers.

    Dumb question....boil in water and dressing or just the dressing? :embarassed:

    Just boil in the dressing... then what I do is top the rice with the chicken on the "boiled" dressing.
    Kids like it too, believe it or not
    This is one of those quick receipes for stressful days!!!
