New to this shtuff :) Hello all

Hello Everyone, I'm very new to this stuff. I've never counted calories and kept track of my exercise or anything I'm excited and very afraid.
I made a commitment to myself that I will achieve my goal this time and I'm getting serious. I would like to hear from some of you maybe to see what to expect. If anyone wants to know more about me let me know it would be awesome!!!

    for me it is easy to have my breakfast and snacks ready for the week. I find it a bit hard for dinnes as I cook my meal. They just told me here you you can add on the tab.

    It gets easier if you also have the food in your food diary just click and add. You will love here tons and tons of support.
