What happens when you reach your goal?

I was just wondering what happens when you finally reach your goal. Do you continue counting calories? I don't want to put it back on. Any advice would be appreciated

I would suggest finding a new goal. Like doing a 5 k or training for some sort of event. Something that will keep you on track. ;D0

Are you familiar with TurboJam and TurboFire's Chalene Johnson? She's says that she still counts calories (measures her food) and she looks fabulous!0

There is a setting...somewhere on here that you can switch over to "maintain" your weight, as opposed to losing weight....?0
