I've been doing MFP for about 10 days or so. Let's just say I'm shocked at how unhealthy I actually eat compared to how I thought I was doing. I’ve been overweight my entire life and I’ve decided enough is enough. I’m still young enough to enjoy the majority of my life, why would I do so with all this extra baggage. I want to link up with people who are serious about losing and keeping this off.
I have a goal to jog/run a 5K in May. I will because I’ll be down at least 30lbs by then! I’m committed to my health. Thank God I’m doing it when I don’t have any adverse health issues that plague my family like diabetes or high blood pressure. Finally, I’m on my way!

My friends and I are serious about being healthy
and losing weight. I only have about 10 more pounds
to lose to get to my goal but my ultimate goal is to
stay on this healthy road0
