Wow - exactly a year ago i found MFP and it's taken over my life.
I am fitter and slimmer than i have been since my teens.
There have been hiccups along the way but my friends on MFP have continued to keep me on track and inspire me every day.
I feel back in control and it's awesome.
Thank you MFP .

    congrats to you! it is so motivating to me (4 months or so in) to see someone who a year later is doing so well with MFP!

    I've been here a little over a year, too. It's been great. It's the only thing that keeps me focused...remembering what I'm trying to do, and the encouragement on here has been wonderful. I don't get the encouragement elsewhere, so I really love my MFP friends!
