How Do I Log My Training

Today I did the treadmill for 30 mins. I know how to log that.
I worked my arms and chest for 30 mins. Free weights and machines. How do I log that?

You will log those exercises under "weight training." Unfortunately, MFP does not count weight training as a cardiovascular (calorie-burning) activity. Likely, even though we're burning calories, we are substituting our mass from fat to muscle, so we shouldn't expect our "weight" to drop from weight training.
