Marathon Walker New to Fitness Pal

A good friend introduced me to MFP and I have been tracking my progress on my phone. I think it should show up here as well. I fooled myself into think that I was in good shape-- maybe a little overweight, but still good. I was wrong. I saw a picture of myself. I don't have any of the health conditions associated with obesity. I do have leukemia, but that does not stop me from doing anything I want to do.
I am a walker-- doing 2 half-marathons and other shorter races each year. I completed a full marathon in Anchorage, Alaska in June 2009 in 8 hours and 30 minutes (8:30) but I want to do another full marathon in under 8 hours. I am working with a trainer in preparation for the Flying Pig Half-Marathon in Cincinnati on May 1. I have about 60 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight.
