I think I probably did too. Today was Day of the Teacher at school, so all the parents brought in food. I'm talkin' homemade delicious authentic Mexican food. So tasty, that you absolutely cannot pass it up. So I didn't. It only happens once a year. What probably didn't help was that I ate a ton of sushi rolls (so, not the healthy sushi) for dinner too. Oh well...tomorrow is another day.0

yeah tomorrow is "kegball" today so im gonna skip that and go to the gym, i guess. dont want to go cause i can't move fast without jigglyness abound...eh.

I feel your pain, I had pizza for dinner last night, then went and got a Blizzard from Dairy Queen! AHH!! But hey, as long as it's once in a while, I'll be okay.0

Persian food: kabobs, chicken, garlic, hummous, falafel, etc. It was insane in calories but I'm sure I reached my freaking fiber intake for the year.
Looking back, it wasn't so bad. I was partially bloated from downing 100 oz (easily that if you figure i had about 4 bottles of 20 oz waters and a couple of glasses of water and a coffee) of water yesterday beforehand from water retention and period.
I had 1/2 of a pita bread, only ONE falafel ball...GOOD GIRL.
the rest was chicken (halal meat, grilled), glass of water, vinegar dressing on the salad (tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc), hummous (real stuff i'll add), whipped garlic (only for taste!), and yeah.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm plus i drank a glass of water.
and i had approx 30 more oz of water before i went to bed.
also peed 5 times overnight.

decided to go ahead and play kegball anyway...just going to wear a t shirt and stay way from the keg!
persian food isn't mid-eastern, really. this was AUTHENTICCCCCC and i'm drooling...
i didn't have rice or gyro, though.0 -
