    Maybe you have a wheat intolerance? Try cutting down on wheat products and eat more protein, which helps in forming muscle. And of course increse sit ups and core muscle exercise.
    YES I agree! When I cut wheat almost entirely from my diet, I lost 15-20 pounds with little effort, and my stomach became a lot flatter. I also rarely get stomachaches now unless I eat too much wheat (I'll have a few bites from time to time).

    One another thing I'd suggest --
    drink more water!! I just started this last week and feel and look so much better! I was drinking maybe 2-4 servings of water on good days, and now I'm drinking over 10. I feel great! The first day was a little painful though -- might want to build up over a couple days if you're not used to it.
