45 minutes of TaeBo=498 calories burned?

It just seems like an awfully high number! I've yet to buy an HRM, so I'm just going off of what this website tells me..
Has anyone here done TaeBo and used an HRM? Was the calories burned that high?

Taebo can be really hardcore and burn alot of calories kind of like Zumba. It just depends on how hard you were working.

It is most definitely possible...I love taebo and the billy blanks team...which dvd are you doing? I have to start that up again

I think its possible. I also do Tae-Bo but, don't have a HRM either. The number of calories burned in other calculators I have seen online are about the same though.

I think it is going to depend on which tae bo workout you were doing too, some of them are harder than others.
