Any UK based dieters on here trying to lose baby weight??

I have a 3m old daughter and have 2 stones (28lbs) to lose. Why is baby weight the hardest to shift? !!

    wow youve done so well! I have already lost 21lb so I am on here to lose the other 28lbs!
