I am a SAHM to 5 kids. I was 270lbs 8 months ago when I had my last child. I go between 235 & 240 now. I'm kind of stuck here. I want to start running. Planning on doing the C25K but the snow & ice here have messed up my plans. Hoping to start on Monday.

Welcome! Running is a challenge when you're overweight, but stick with it and you will be great! I am about 95 lbs overweight and I have completed 7 half marathons. I have never been a runner, but if I can do it, anyone can! Good luck!!0

I did run years ago. I liked it. I used the kids & not having enough time as an excuse to not do anything. I can't believe I let myself get to this point. I'm ready to be healthy again.0
