I notice that at the end of the day, I go over in fiber, and sometimes carbs and protein....never in fat or calories.

But my calcium levels are LOW. I still need 53g of calcium for the day and I have only 50 calories left!

Yesterday was the same...

What to do?

    I take a calcium/vitamin d chew from GNC in case im not getting enough. Its called b-balanced, they taste great!

    If this happens a lot I would recommend buying a be-balanced calcium chew from gnc! thats what i do :]

    It's best to ger your calcium intake from the foods you eat. Try to eat things richer in calcium!
