Hi! Looking for MFP friends

I'm a 40-something mother of 2 elementary school-aged kids who would love to make 'friends' on this site for support, motivation, and ideas. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and learn how to eat healthier. I don't like to cook but if I have to, I like easy, fast recipes with few ingredients. I try doing exercise DVDs like Jillian Michaels, kickboxing, and pilates. I have done lots of exercise DVDs over the past several years and can offer reviews and recommendations. Please feel free to send me a friend request!

    Hi! I just joined myself! I'm with you on the fast recipes and few ingredients. Busy moms need those in our bag of tricks! I have lots of healthy recipes, but most require a long grocery list and a google search on what half the ingredients are!!
