What are your top 10 best weight loss tips?

The things that help keep me on track:
10. Drink plenty of water.
9. Drink plenty of green, white, oolong, rooibos, and even green teas. Full of antioxidants, and satisfying.
8. Proximity is key. We eat what is near us. If I don't keep chips and pop in the house, I will eat carrot sticks and grapes instead.
7. Log EVERYTHING. Even if it's a cracker or one bite of cheese.
6. Use public transit. It forces you to walk more.
5. Don't think of it as exercise, think of it as an active lifestyle. Incorporate activity into your daily routine so it doesn't seem like a chore.
4. Eat what you want, in moderation. If you really want a piece of chocolate, have it. Just log it and make sure it fits into your daily calories.
3. Don't have cheat days. These are self-sabotaging. Eating healthy is a lifestyle, not a temporary fix.
