Hi, My name is Wendy. I just started using this website today. I need to lose 30 pounds. I'm diabetic and any extra weight is a health risk. My goal is to be healthy and get rid of the extra medication I have to take, try to reduce my insulin intake. I do the exercise and I have spread out my meals 6 times and portion control. I have only maintained my weight, I'm eating less calories and I am exercising more. So, I don't know what I am doing wrong. If anyone else is having this problem and can find a solution or maybe I'm eating too many calories. Well, I hope this tracking system can help.
