Not ready for pics yet, but as of today's weigh-in I am in the "healthy" zone. Started out in the dead center of the "Over" category. This forum has been a God-send. Thanks everyone for sharing your stories and pictures.

wow well done, even though am in the green zone as healthy, am right on the edge so i'm aiming to try and get into the middle, if u can move a whole section, am sure i can do it! inspiration!0
