Aqua aerobics

I did a class today and it was great! It was a mixture of cardio and strength training, since you have to move against the water. I really worked my arms and thought it was much better than conventional aerobics because it's gentler on your joints and you use more muscles. It didn't burn loads of calories (218 per hour) but it felt like a really good workout and was fun!

    That's something that I've been wanting to do. I hate reg. aerobics so I figured that would be better and different. Will check it out. Glad you enjoyed it:happy:
